Stamp duty, registration charges, legal documentation charges,service tax, G.U.D.A. charges, drainage/water connection charges, maintenance deposit & G.E.B. (Electrification) charges, shall be borne by the member separately.

Any additional charges or duties levied by the government/local authorities during or after the completion of the scheme will be borne by the member.

Internal changes & extra works shall be done with prior permission and shall be charged extra in advance.hanges in external elevation shall not be permitted.

Membership of the member will be Cancelled automatically, who will be unable to make payment in time & deposited amount will be refunded after new booking with 10% deduction of unit cost as administration charge.

The project consultants (developers) reserve all the rights to make any changes to the designs and/or specifications of the scheme without prior notice and same shall be binding to all members.
